Kavaz Construction & Estates was formed in 2000 and has offices in Lefkosa (Nicosia) and Karakum, Kyrenia.  It has a growing client base, with customers from UK and Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East and, recently, from Russia and Azerbaijan as more people are becoming interested in North Cyprus property.  With this in mind, M. Kavaz Construction has attended international property exhibitions in St. Petersburg in 2009, Brussels (2010) and also exhibited at Dubai in May 2011 - more details below.

M. Kavaz Construction and Silver Frame Trading both recently participated in the annual TRNC International Trade Fair.  This was held in Lefkosa and was opened on 10 June 2011 by TRNC President, Dr. Derviş Eroğlu. The Trade Fair, which was celebrating its 35th year, saw participants from over 100 TRNC companies and 22 from Turkey.  The show took place every evening at the Ataturk Cultural Park & Fair Grounds in Lefkosa over 10 days and welcomed many visitors. The showcase event enabled participants to promote their products and services to a wide audience.  A number of social and cultural activities were held to coincide with the Fair which proved a most enjoyable and worthwhile event.

Dubai International Investment Exhibition - May 2011

In 2010 M. Kavaz Construction attended the Second Home Property Exhibition, which was held in Brussels at the end of September, to promote its Current Projects in North Cyprus.    A small group of companies from the TRNC attended the event which took place over 3 days in the city centre.   Living PropertyNC magazine in North Cyprus helped to organise the visit and facilitate the arrangements.  The visitors to the exhibition, from many European countries and elsewhere, showed a high level of interest in North Cyprus and what it has to offer.  Some pictures from the exhibition and Brussels are shown below. 

In 2009, M. Kavaz Construction attended the International Property Exhibition held in St. Petersburg on 16th & 17th October.  This is an annual event and attracts many visitors from far and wide.  The two-day show was very successful and most enjoyable and many new contacts were made.  Attendees at the exhibition, who visited the M. Kavaz stand, have shown interest not only in our developments and designs, but also in North Cyprus itself.
